How to Use
- Immerse the sheets in 1 litre of water until the ink is fully dissolved.
- Drink one glass on an empty stomach in the morning.
- Apply half a glass on the affected area and on the heart.
- Follow this treatment for 3 days.
- On the 4th day, shower with the remaining water.
